At Gingers Baking Co, we make the kind of treats we want to eat ourselves — scratch-made whoopie pies, cookies, coffee cake, cornettos and whatever else Mandy feels like baking that day.

Our reach-in is also stocked with bagels, homemade chicken salad, charcuterie boxes for sharing—or keeping to yourself—and whatever other small-batch goodness Mandy has dreamed up.

Gingers began with Mandy, a family tradition of scratch-made desserts and the belief that really good baked goods have a way of bringing people together.
What started with pop-ups and deliveries grew into the colorful little bakery and coffee shop we now call home in Downtown Winter Garden.
And yes — there really are multiple Gingers.
